Alix is an Ottawa Graphic Designer and creator of My Type Creative. She believes working with a designer should feel like a partnership, not just a service. Alix combines her skills as a graphic designer with her background in project management to provide clients with a seamless process and bold, timeless design.

My Type Creative believes having a solid process in place can help provide an even better end result. Great communication and transparency along the way is key, so you’re always kept in the loop.

Submit your request to work with me by filling in a brief questionnaire. I will schedule a call and provide you with a formal proposal and quote based on your business and design needs.

Once the proposal/quote is accepted you will make a deposit payment and sign the terms & conditions to secure your project!

Onboarding! We will book a call to go through your project needs in more detail and determine the overall design direction and project requirements.

It’s time to design and make your vision a reality. Depending on your project we will have regular meetings to present concepts, talk about feedback and check-ins to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need from your design experience. You may be required to make a milestone payment depending on the size of your project.

Offboarding! Our project together has come to an end and you have the final files and assets required for your project. At this point you can expect to be invoiced for your project. I hope we work together again soon!
