Hi, I’m Alix

I’ve always had a keen eye for detail and a natural intuition when it comes to people. This combination made perfect sense when it came to design and working with clients.

After graduating from the Algonquin College School of Media and Design in 2009, my industry experience has ranged from laying out the pages of a small local magazine, to working as senior designer in a boutique agency to lead senior designer at a large multi-national corporation with over 30+ brands under it’s umbrella. Because of these chapters in my life, I’ve gained skills in working directly with clients and businesses of all types and sizes. My additional background in project management means I provide a service with a functional workflow, transparency and clear communication the entire way through your project.

Although my career has had me touch on every form of graphic design from brand development, packaging, web based imagery and banners to large format print for trade shows, my passion has always been print based publication and document layout design. I love typesetting and how organizing complex content feels like a fun puzzle to solve.

All of this amazing experience is now built into my own process that helps to keep things running smoothly while producing amazing results.
